Return Policy

MIAMIFITS.COM RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website within 15 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, salable condition, unworn with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Undergarments and face Gaiters cannot be returned.

We provide a $5 shipping label for your return which will be deducted from your final refunded amount. 

If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process.  

When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

CAN I PROCESS AN EXCHANGE OR GET STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF A REFUND?

Unfortunately, exchanges and returns for store credit are not an option at this time. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.

WHEN WILL I GET CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We work hard to ensure our products are in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from miamifits.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to report it.
